Shop rules and responsibilities
Terms of Service
Effective September 15, 2026. Version 2026-09-15-r2.
Describe listings honestly. Supply correct order details. Agree on meetup times and building materials. Keep communication respectful. Use the order dispute and support tools if something goes wrong. Creating an account requires your express agreement to these terms.
1. About this shop
These terms cover tays6b6tshop.com and its account, marketplace, messaging, calling, giveaway, and related app features. “Shop” means Tay's Shop, operated by its owner. The seller identified on a listing is responsible for that listing and fulfilling its orders, including when the owner is the seller. This is an independent community shop, not an official Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, or 6b6t service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you cannot legally agree to these terms on your own, a parent or guardian must review and authorize your use and purchases. Provide accurate registration information, use an email you control, and protect your password. Do not use another person's account or payment method without permission, impersonate staff, or use alternate accounts to evade restrictions.
Owner support access
For troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and account support, the verified shop owner may start a clearly labeled, time-limited support session for an individual account. Support mode is read-only by default, does not reveal passwords or payment-card data, does not impersonate the account holder, and records the target account, stated reason, start time, and expiry. Support mode automatically expires and can be ended early. The owner may use information visible in that support session only for operating, securing, and supporting the shop.
3. Listings, prices, and payments
Listings must accurately describe the item or service, stock, price or trade, delivery method, and requirements. Orders may use shop credits, money, agreed trades, or be free, as shown at checkout. Shop credits are an internal balance, not a bank deposit, investment, or promise of cash redemption. Do not make false listings, manipulate balances, exploit bugs, or submit fraudulent payments. Payment does not automatically confirm a meetup or building appointment.
Sellers may set a fair per-buyer purchase limit on a listing so one account cannot take all available stock. A limit is part of the listing terms when shown. Do not use alternate accounts, shared accounts, fake identities, or other workarounds to bypass a listing limit. Cancelled orders normally do not count against the limit.
4. Delivery and meetups
Check the listing and checkout details before ordering. Provide your exact Minecraft username and correct coordinates when requested. New meetup requests must be in the next 60 minutes; the picker uses your device's local time, and each participant sees the appointment in their own timezone. The seller must confirm availability. Be ready at the agreed time and communicate delays. Incorrect details or a missed appointment can lead to a declined or cancelled request; any refund is assessed under section 6 rather than automatically forfeited.
Some deliveries may take up to 48 hours, as disclosed at checkout. Coordinate delivery involves the stated in-game risks. Items or builds may later be lost through death, theft, griefing, resets, or server changes outside the seller's control. These risks do not excuse a seller's failure to provide what was agreed.
5. Building jobs and materials
Customers request the build description, location, dimension, planning meeting, and separate construction date. The builder may accept or deny the request. The first appointment is a planning meetup to reach the location and confirm the work. Construction starts on the separately confirmed schedule.
Customers may include the exact Minecraft items and quantities they intend to supply with their build request. Each item uses its vanilla item ID, such as minecraft:stone_bricks, and a whole quantity. If no list is supplied, the builder may request an exact item-by-item list later. Additional material requests use the same format and require customer acceptance. They do not automatically change the price or original agreement. Changes to scope, location, or dates need both parties' agreement in the order or messages. Do not claim completion for unfinished work.
6. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
If an order is not delivered, differs materially from its description, or is disputed, contact the seller through the order and use the available dispute or Support tools. Include the order number and relevant evidence. A suitable resolution may include fulfilment, an agreed replacement, cancellation, a refund, or another agreed remedy. Free orders have no purchase price to refund. Refund handling depends on the original payment method and what was actually provided.
Report problems promptly. We do not promise that every request will be approved, but nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or prevents a valid payment-provider dispute. Do not fabricate evidence or use fraudulent chargebacks.
7. Conduct, content, and private features
Do not scam, threaten, harass, dox, share illegal content, upload malware, or attempt unauthorized access. Only upload images and other content you have permission to use. Do not expose private coordinates or personal information without permission. You retain your rights in your content and allow the shop to store and display it as needed to provide and moderate the service.
Hate and discrimination are prohibited. Do not use, promote, or target anyone with racist, antisemitic, homophobic, transphobic, or other discriminatory slurs, stereotypes, threats, or dehumanizing content. This applies to usernames, bios, listings, map art, images, messages, Support tickets, calls, and any other shop feature. Staff can remove the content and issue warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans based on severity and repetition.
Calling, screen sharing, moderator tools, and app access depend on the permissions granted to your account. Do not bypass those controls. Only share content you are entitled to share, and obtain any consent required before recording others. Staff may review shop records and submitted evidence when handling reports or disputes.
8. Moderation and appeals
The owner and authorized staff may remove listings or content, restrict features, issue written warnings, or impose temporary or permanent account bans for violations, fraud, abuse, or security concerns. A warning does not lock an account, but it is recorded and may be considered if the behavior continues.
Moderation guide: a written warning may be used for a first minor issue. Repeated spam or ignoring staff may lead to a 1-hour or 1-day ban. Repeated disruptive conduct or harassment may lead to a 3-day or 7-day ban. Scam attempts, false listings, or trying to trick another customer may lead to a 30-day ban. A confirmed scam, repeated serious abuse, or repeat scam attempt may lead to a 5-month ban. Major or repeated fraud may lead to a 1-year ban. Doxxing, credible threats, malware, account theft, or repeated severe fraud may lead to a permanent ban.
These are normal guidelines, not an automatic punishment calculator. Authorized staff can choose a different whole-number duration in hours, days, months, or years when the facts justify it. The selected length starts when staff apply the ban. A permanent ban has no end date. A banned account may remain signed in behind a restriction screen showing the reason and, for temporary bans, a countdown to the exact expiry. Use Contact owner on that screen to request review. A ban does not automatically erase unresolved order or payment rights.
9. Giveaways and outside services
Follow the eligibility, deadline, and prize details shown for each giveaway. No win is guaranteed. Do not use fake entries or alternate accounts to defeat stated entry limits. Minecraft, 6b6t, payment providers, and other outside services have their own rules; these terms do not override them. Their availability and decisions are outside the shop's control.
10. Availability, updates, and contact
We aim to keep the shop accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, permanent in-game storage, or error-free operation. Report security or order issues through Support. Nothing here excludes responsibility or limits a remedy where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
Updates will be posted with a new version and effective date. Material changes will be identified before requesting new agreement where required. An update does not retroactively change an already agreed order. We record the terms version and acceptance date when a new account is created.
Contact: use Open Support and choose Contact moderator, then explain what you need. Moderators can forward a request to the owner with a recap when owner review is required. If your account is banned, use Contact owner on the restriction screen.
